Volunteers

The National Trust estimates that it has over 1,000 volunteers in South Australia.

Volunteers come from all walks of life - school students, Mums and Dads at home, retired professionals and the like.

In the last financial year they contributed around 125,000 hours (worth $2.5 million) to conserving South Australian heritage.

Volunteers undertake a wide variety of roles within the National Trust of South Australia.

Without volunteers, the National Trust would not be able to carry out all of the tasks it performs.
